Any energy blocks in the body are unblocked using EFT, promoting a feeling of calm and balance and can significantly lower or remove both physical and emotional pain. There are scientific studies which show the benefits of EFT.
EFT is natural and works on the meridian points. It has been likened to acupuncture without use of needles.
